BodyByReason LLC provides free BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) consultations and fitness coaching services. By booking a call through this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Consultation

The free 15-minute BMR consultation is provided at no charge and carries no obligation. It is an informational call to review your metabolic numbers and discuss your fitness goals.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and booking a call, you consent to receive appointment-related SMS messages from BodyByReason LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is low and limited to booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Not Medical Advice

Information provided during consultations is for general wellness and fitness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

5. Limitation of Liability

BodyByReason LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of information provided during consultations. All coaching guidance is offered in good faith based on the information you share.
